Report a problem with wireless networking in a residence hall.
Eligibility
This service is available to all residence hall residents, staff, and administration.
Normal Time To Delivery
Individual wireless problems will generally be investigated the same business day that the wireless MAC address is provided. Solutions to individual problems will generally be provided within a day of investigation. Solutions to broader problems will generally be determined within a few weeks and the solution communicated to residents through Housing administration.
Cost
There is no cost for troubleshooting and analyzing a problem. If the solution will require the installation of additional hardware, the expense will be discussed with Housing administration.
