Overview
Request assistance with wireless networking at WSU to include:
* Help with connecting your device to the WSU wireless
* Creating a wireless account for conference attendees
* Wireless service or coverage problems
Eligibility
This service is available to all university students, faculty, and staff.
Normal Time To Delivery
Response in six hours, most small changes can be made within this time frame. Larger changes will be defined and an estimated due date will be provided.
Cost
There is no charge to request support for existing wireless. Requests for additional coverage may have expenses, which will be quoted for budget officer approval.
