How to see or access informational report on Strategic Planning Initiatives from the client portal by department

Resolution

This is informational reporting/ reviewing, you will be able to comment on a SPI but not change anything: 

1. Sign into Wichita.TeamDynamix.com
2. Select Services on the ribbon
3. Click on Ticket Requests on the second ribbon bar
4. Fill out the search box with Strategic Planning,
5. Check the box: Include request from my accounts/ departments
6. Click the yellow Search button on the top
   • You may search for different Status Class - closed or cancelled for example.
7. You can either export To Excel or Print - use the buttons beside the Search button.
