This article will explain how to see your department requests.
Resolution
Follow these steps:
- Login to the Client Portal (Wichita.teamdynamix.com)
- In the black ribbon across the top of the screen select "Services."
- From there select "Ticket Requests" in the gray ribbon.
- A list of fields will appear. Check the box in the lower right beside "Include requests from my accounts / departments."
- And click on the button called Search ( your tickets will appear below)
If you do not see all your accounts/departments listed, please use the following link and request the missing Accounts/Departments be added to your TeamDynamix profile.
