If you want to update to a semester within the same academic year*, you don't need to submit a new admissions application or  pay the application fee again. Contact the Office of Admissions to update your semester of entry or submit your update request online at www.wichita.edu/update. If you wish to attend in a different semester outside of the academic year in which you originally applied, you must submit a new admissions application and application fee through wichita.edu/apply. You only need to submit new transcripts and test scores if there have been changes.

*The academic year begins with the fall semester, followed by spring and summer (i.e. Fall 2024, Spring 2025, Summer 2025).

To apply for a different program you will need to submit a new application and application fee. If you want the same program, the need to reapply depends on how long ago you submitted the application and what the application status was at that time. Please contact the Graduate School at 316-978-3095 (select option 2) so they can review your status and determine if a new application will be required.
