Do I have to apply for financial aid every year and what are the priority dates?

Yes. Federal financial aid is not automatically renewable; you must apply every year at studentaid.gov. WSU's priority date for the 2025-2026 FAFSA is April 1, 2025 in order to be considered for federal aid programs with limited funding for the upcoming academic year.
