There are many services available for students with disabilities at Wichita State University.
Office of Student Accommodation and Testing
Services include software programs for the visually impaired, assistance with note-taking, testing services, transportation and much more. Our services are available during the hours of 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday. For transportation assistance beyond these hours, you should contact the University Police Department at 316-978-3450.
Special Services for Students with Disabilities
All students with disabilities need to call (316) 978-3309 and schedule an intake with the director before services can be provided.
- If the student does not have documentation readily available they can meet with the director and services may be provided until documentation can be obtained.
- All faculty have been informed that until they receive information from the Office of Student Accommodation and Testing accommodations are not to be provided.

Office of TRIO Disability Support Services
