How do I request degree verification?
Wichita State University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide enrollment and degree verifications and good student certifications.
Currently enrolled students
If you are currently enrolled, you can obtain an enrollment verification, good student certification and degree verification at no cost by following these steps:
- Log into your myWSU portal
- Go to the myClasses tab
- Click on Myhub located in the third box down on the far right side labeled National Student Clearinghouse
- Follow the instructions provided
- Once you have completed the request, you will be able to print off the form immediately.
Former students and those with special requests
If you are a former student or have a special request, you will need to download the certification form at https://www.wichita.edu/services/registrar/forms/ and mail it to the Registrar's Office or drop it off in person. There is a $12 fee associated with former student and special requests. These requests are typically ready within 3-5 business days.
If you are unable to request your certification or additional assistance is needed, please visit the WSU Office of the Registrar in Jardine Hall Room 117 or call 316-978-3055.
NOTE: If you receive financial aid and are notified that your lender has not received verification of your enrollment, please contact your lender to notify them that WSU partners with National Student Clearinghouse and encourage them to contact the NSC directly to be added to their lender notification list.
