This article shows parents/guardians step-by-step instructions to complete student enrollment.

PARENT/GUARDIAN NEXT STEPS

1. Complete parental consent by clicking the link sent to you via email or emailing concurrent@wichita.edu.
2. Verify with your student that all application steps are completed.
3. Verify with your student that they have responded to Wichita State’s emails regarding their application and enrollment.
   1. If you or your student do not receive confirmation of enrollment after two weeks of applying, contact concurrent@wichita.edu ASAP.
   2. If your student does NOT respond to our communication for additional paperwork, they will not be admitted or enrolled in their courses. The Registrar Office will deny all late enrollment requests per university policy.
4. Pay your student’s bill once you are notified via email that the bill has been generated.
   1. If you do not receive an email on how to pay your student’s bill or have difficulty logging in, contact concurrent@wichita.edu ASAP to avoid accruing late fees.

Deadlines

• Aug. 28^th – Last day to drop with a 100% refund
• Sept. 4^th – Last day to complete an application
• Sept. 11^th – Last day to submit supporting documents (if required)
• Oct. 27^th – Last day to withdraw from fall semester only courses
• Apr. 3^rd-Last day to withdraw from spring semester only and yearlong courses
