Undergraduate and Intensive English Applicants
In order to be considered for admission, you must complete and submit the Certification of Financial Support Form. This form must be submitted by all applicants and must be accompanied by official financial documents such as a bank statement, scholarship letter, etc. The financial documents provide evidence that the student has enough money or sponsorship to study at WSU.

Graduate Applicants
Graduate applicants do not need to submit the Certification of Financial Support (CFS) to be considered for admission, however, if an applicant is found to be admissible, we will require the CFS before we can finalize admission and issue the I-20 form. The CFS must be accompanied by official financial documents such as a bank statement, scholarship letter, etc. The financial documents provide evidence that the student has enough money or sponsorship to study at WSU.
