Undergraduate
All new undergraduate and new transfer students will submit transcripts to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. All current or former undergraduate students will submit transcripts to the Registrar’s Office. If transcripts are mistakenly sent to the wrong office, we will make sure they are forwarded to the appropriate office.
Official transcripts need to be hand-carried in a sealed official school envelope or mailed directly from the school to WSU. Faxed copies to the university are not considered official and will not be accepted. Official transcripts sent electronically will be accepted if they are sent by the issuing institution through an approved e-transcript vendor. However, they are not accepted from you or another institution as an attachment or forwarded email.

Faxed, photocopied or transcripts that have been issued to the student and had the seal of the envelope broken are not considered official and will not be accepted for admission.
- General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
GED scores should be requested from ged.com or hand-carried in an official sealed envelope (transcript must be from the online service, not from location test was taken).
