What is Qualified Admissions and pre-college curriculum?

Qualified Admissions (QA) are a set of standards used by the six state universities in Kansas to review applicants for undergraduate admission. The purpose of QA is to enhance success at the university level by ensuring students are prepared for the rigors of a university education.

Qualified Admissions requires students to complete certain courses called the pre-college curriculum and achieve a specific GPA within those courses. These high school academic records plus ACT/SAT scores will be considered as part of the admission process.
