In most cases, if you have previously declined your financial aid or it was withdrawn for non-enrollment earlier in the academic year, you may request reinstatement of your financial aid (grants, loans, or work study) through the online Financial Aid Revision Request Form.
If your financial aid offer has not changed since the aid was declined, reinstatement is a relatively simple process. If you have received any additional aid or changed your enrollment status, a financial aid specialist will have to review your eligibility for reinstatement.
Note: The Financial Aid Revision Request Form is not for appealing your financial aid eligibility or requesting increases beyond your initial financial aid offer. If you believe you have unusual circumstances regarding your financial situation (such as a separation/divorce or change in employment status), please click here.

Aid that has already paid out cannot be reduced. The Office of Financial Aid may adjust your request to stay in compliance with regulations.
