You should check your course syllabus for instructor contact information. If you need to get in contact with an instructor and the course hasn’t started or you do not have access to a syllabus, you can follow these instructions to reach them:
- Go to wichita.edu/schedule
- Click on WSU Custom Schedule Search
- Choose the appropriate semester and click Submit
- Find the course you are enrolled in
- Click on the email icon next to the instructor’s name to send them a message

When emailing instructors, we encourage you to use your myWSU email account and include:
- Your myWSU ID number
- Department and course number
- Course reference number (CRN)
- Brief description of issue
