Most scholarships require full-time enrollment with a minimum 12 credit hours per semester to maintain eligibility. If you drop below full-time enrollment, before the last date of the 100% refund period, your scholarship will automatically be withdrawn, and you will be required to pay back the scholarship. If you drop after that date, scholarship retention will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you are a part-time scholarship recipient, be sure to contact the College/Department that awarded the funds to confirm your eligibility.
If you are in your final semester and need less than 12 credit hours to fulfill graduation requirements, the guidelines of the scholarship must be reviewed to determine if less than full-time enrollment can be allowed. You should refer to your original scholarship award letter and contact the respective department for authorization.
