You can log into myWSU to print a copy of your award offer to provide to your apartment complex. If your apartment complex requires a separate form, please submit the form to the Office of Financial Aid for completion. Allow up to 3-5 business days for completion. You may be asked to sign a form in the Office of Financial Aid that authorizes us to share your information.
Note: To stay within federal and institutional policies, we are not able to send the completed form back to your apartment complex. However, you can pick up the completed form in person at Jardine Hall, Room 203 or we can send the completed form to your Shocker email account and send a password in a subsequent email. Whichever option you choose, it will be your responsibility to deliver it to your apartment complex for review/processing.
