myWSU accounts remain active forever, however, the password must be updated every 90 days, so there are times that a password could lapse. Users requiring assistance with getting their password reset should contact the WSU Technology Help Desk during regular business hours at (316) 978-HELP or by emailing them at helpdesk@wichita.edu.
