Most scholarships require full-time enrollment with a minimum 12 credit hours per semester to maintain eligibility.
During the 100% tuition refund period: If you drop below full-time enrollment during the 100% refund period, you will have your scholarship automatically be withdrawn and you will be required to pay back the scholarship.
After the 100% tuition refund period: Withdrawals after the refunding period will be based upon the guidelines or requirements of each fund separately. If you are considering withdrawing from a course or courses, contact your Academic Advisor and the Office of Financial Aid before you drop.
Part-time students: If you are a part-time scholarship recipient, be sure to contact the Office of Financial Aid or the Scholarship Coordinator for the academic college that awarded the funds to confirm your eligibility if dropping below part-time status.
