In order to be able to fully access information available to you when calling the OneStop (855-978-1787), a OneStop Access Code or OneStop Challenge Question is necessary. This code or question, along with your myWSU ID, allows our staff to verify that you are the one calling.
To find your OneStop Access Code or OneStop Challenge question, log into your myWSU account, navigate to the Home tab, and click on the Manage your OneStop Security Question link. Your OneStop Access Code will be displayed and you can also set an answer to your challenge question. Please allow one business day for the update to take effect.
Make sure you keep your OneStop Access Code in a safe place where no one has access to it except you. It will also be available to view in your myWSU account under Manage your OneStop Security Question at any time.
