How to Use "Week at a Glance" to View Your Class Schedule

The Week at a Glance view allows you to quickly see your class schedule for the current week and future weeks, including class times, locations, and course details.   

Accessing Week at a Glance

  1. Log in to your MyWSU.
  2. Select the "My Classes" tab on the top right corner
  3. Navigate to your Academic Profile section and select Student Profile.

  5. Select Week at a Glance from the left-hand side of your profile.

Once selected, the page will display your classes for the week in a calendar-style format.

Navigating Your Schedule

You can move through your schedule in a few easy ways:

  • Arrow buttons:
    Use the left and right arrows at the top of the page to move backward or forward one week at a time.
  • Search by date:
    Use the date search feature to jump directly to a specific week.

Understanding the Class Information

Each class appears as a “class bubble” on the schedule. The information shown includes:

  • CRN (Course Registration Number)
  • Subject and class number (e.g., ENG 101)
  • Class time 
  • Location (building and room number)

This makes it easy to quickly confirm when and where your classes meet.

Online Classes

If you are enrolled in online classes, they will be listed at the bottom of the Week at a Glance page instead of appearing in the weekly calendar grid.
