Prepayment and application fee
Students will need to pay the application fee and prepayment in order to secure a space in a residence hall. Payments can be made in person at the Housing and Residence Life Office with a check or money order or online while submitting your application. To make a payment online, follow these steps:
- Log into your myWSU portal
- Go to the Home tab
- Click on Campus Housing located in the Student Tools box
Housing and meal plan payments
Meal and room charges are automatically set up for students spreading out the charges over the semester due on the 15th of the month for your convenience. Students may pay in full rather than paying monthly. These amounts will be included in your total bill, which includes tuition and fees. Please note that your account will have several transactions that relate to the housing/meal payment plan.
Payments can be made online in your myWSU account via check or credit/debit card and line item payment could be used, or in person at the Student Accounts Office in Jardine Hall, room 201. Due dates are:
- Fall - August 15, September 15, October 15, November 15
- Spring - January 15, February 15, March 15, April 15
- Summer - May 15, June 15
