Overview
This article is here to help answer any questions around the "KITO Business Risk Reporting" service.
Always make sure to submit a ticket before any IT purchase, as the entire process should never take more than 30 minutes and will not delay your purchase.
As the Research Grant Administrators send out the award notification, if there is a purchase of information technology, the PI will be requested to fill out this form as mandated by the State of Kansas and administrated by WSU ITS.
Information Technology includes software, or cloud software, hardware such as PCs/Macs/server/cameras/networking equipment/etc - anything you can touch.
Submitting a Ticket
- Sign on to Wichita.teamdyanmix.com and click on Client portal.
- On the top right, click the Sign In button and enter your Single Sign On (SSO) information. You will not be able to use the service if you are not logged in.
- Use the Search field in the upper right corner and type in "KITO Reporting Business Risk” and click on the name to open the ticket request.
- After answering the questions, Click "Submit ticket". Tip as you proceed to fill out the information presented on the form, keep it sure. Most questions are in a yes/no format. If you are unsure, it is better than you answer yes as to make sure that nothing goes unreported if it needs to be.
- After the form is submitted you will either receive an email saying that your ticket has been Closed and you may continue with your purchase, or that your purchase does need to be Reported, and someone will contact you shortly. This is normally a 20-minute conversation, and you will be finished for this important step.
