Wichita State's copy of of TeamDynamix uses two different email monitors but uses the same service account to control both. The Email Monitors (incoming emails to create tickets) and the Email Reply Monitor (replies via email to ticket responses) both use the same emailserviceaccount user to gain access to the email accounts.
When you want to report a suspicious email, please forward it as an attachment. Forwarding the email as an attachment preserves the hidden technical details of the message. These are useful to our anti-spam providers in strengthening their protection.
