WSU has an Email Replies mailbox set up in Office365.  The address is ​​​​​.  On the occasion that email replies stop functioning, it will require re-activation manually by a TDX Administrator.  Check with the ITS Windows Group to establish root cause of why the mailbox stopped functioning before proceeding with the steps below.
