What is a degree audit and how do I check my progress toward graduation?

A degree audit will look at the courses you have taken at Wichita State University and your transfer courses. It checks these courses against the requirements of your degree(s), major(s), minor(s), and concentration(s) and helps you keep track of your progress toward graduation. It enables you and your advisor to review past, present, and future academic coursework to evaluate which degree requirements are complete and which degree requirements remain outstanding.

Degree audits sometimes need special adjustments. You should contact your academic advisor to discuss any questions or needed adjustments to your degree audit.

Degree audits are not considered official university documents and do not replace the official university transcript

  • Verification of degree requirements must go through a faculty or academic advisor
  • You should contact your advisor if you have any questions regarding your degree audit
