Do you offer payment plans for past due balances?

Wichita State University offers a payment plan option for your convenience which allows you to make multiple payments throughout the semester rather than one lump sum. This plan is only available for the term in which you are currently enrolled and is available once charges have been assessed on the student account. If you need to set up payment arrangements for a prior semester, you will need to contact Accounts Receivable/Student Accounts.

Prior Semester
Payment plans are offered to students and their authorized users/parties as a monthly installment used to pay outstanding debts on a student's account for one outstanding semester. All other outstanding debts for other semesters must be paid in full and are not eligible for a payment plan. The plan is configured to pay in either 3 or 6 monthly installments. The student account will be placed on hold until the balance due has been paid in full. This payment plan does allow the student to register for future courses and/or to delay an account from being sent to a collection agency. On this plan, students may not be able to obtain a diploma until student account is paid in full. Payment plan users will be automatically unenrolled from the plan and cannot be reinstated if a payment is missed. Transcript services will not be withheld for any student with a financial hold.
