When is the deadline to pay my bill?

All housing charges, tuition, and course related fees are due on published due dates each semester. Other non-course related fees such as traffic fines, library fines, repayment of financial aid, etc. are due immediately once they are posted to your account. These types of fees cannot be included in a payment plan and must be paid separately when incurred during the current semester. Non-payment of your bill by the deadline can result in a late fee being assessed to your account.

If you add a class after paying your tuition and fees for the current semester, payment for any additional amount is due immediately unless you are on a payment plan. This is true even if you are adding a class that hasn’t started yet. If you do not pay your bill by 11:59 p.m. on the day you add the class, a hold will be placed on your account. See What are my options for making a payment? for more information.

See How do I request a copy of an itemized bill? for additional information.

Note: If you are on a payment plan, your account will adjust automatically at 6 a.m.

Note: If you are on a prior semester payment plan, please adhere to the terms of the Wichita State University Statement of Financial Responsibility promissory note.

Note: For Perkins payments, please contact Student Accounts.
