The Governing for Impact theme focuses on how institutions can strengthen governance to meet the challenges of today’s project management environments. As institutions face growing demands, limited resources, and decision-making that often happens across many groups, effective governance is essential for setting priorities and achieving meaningful results.
This call for proposals invites 35-45 minute sessions that go beyond theory and focus on real-world experience. We are especially interested in how institutions are improving decision-making, increasing transparency, and creating more consistent governance practices.
