General Classroom Support

Overview

Request assistance with any technical issues in the classroom. We can help you get the steps required to right any issues, or acquire equipment. 

Eligibility

All WSU employees can request this service. If students need assistance with connecting devices in classrooms, the request should come from their instructor (for a class) or faculty adviser (for Recognized Student Organizations). Only persons with an appropriate key for media technology will be able to connect in classrooms.  All other groups or individuals may gain temporary access through this service as well.

Normal Time To Delivery

For a Response and/or Resolution expect up to two days.

There is no charge for this service.
