Overview
The University has an account with Zoom.us to offer Licensed accounts to faculty and staff. Use this service offering to request a Licensed account. Standard Basic accounts (freely available to all users) can host meetings with up to 100 participants for a maximum of 40 minutes. The Licensed account removes the time restriction and increases the number of participants to 300. Users with any license type (or none) can join a meeting hosted by someone else without restriction. This request can be used for all licensing questions as well as technical support.
Eligibility
This service is available to all faculty and staff of the University, and affiliated users with a @wichita.edu email address. Graduate students, student employees, or volunteer tutors with a @shockers.wichita.edu email address may only receive a Licensed account with supervisor's approval (the supervisor should submit this request).

Response and Resolution less than 1 day.
Cost
$45 per year per Licensed account as of FY 25. Licenses are not prorated.
