Overview
This request is used to:
- Report problems with an existing VALT System.
- Request to add new VALT system/components or remove older VALT system/components.
- Add or remove users to a current VALT system.
Service request will be routed to the appropriate responsible individuals or groups depending on the responses to the form
Eligibility
All faculty and staff that are users of a VALT system.
Normal Time To Delivery
Most small changes will be made within 8 business hours. Large changes or additions will be defined and an estimated due date will be provided. Due to the nature of VALT being highly configurable and some changes will be required from the vendor, some requests may take up to 4 weeks.
Cost
There is no cost associated with this request, however New systems/components will require costs based on changes.
