How to View all Requests from your Department


This article will explain how to see your department requests.


Follow these steps:

  1. ‚ÄčLogin to the Client Portal  (
  2. In the black ribbon across the top of the screen select "Services." 
  3. From there select "Ticket Requests" in the gray ribbon. 
  4. A list of fields will appear. Check the box in the lower right beside "Include requests from my accounts / departments." 
  5. And click on the button called Search ( your tickets will appear below)

If you do not see all your accounts/departments listed, please use the following link and request the missing Accounts/Departments be added to your TeamDynamix profile. Please include your myWSU ID in the description of the ticket.
