Overview
This service request is to be used to seek assistance from the Information Technology Services group's Desktop Support. Services such as Help Me Fix, Help Me Shop, Help Me Set Up/Change are available to request assistance. Help Me Fix is used to report anything broken involving All-In-One, Desktop, Laptop, Tablets and Printers as well as their operating systems or their setting/rights plus Desktop end user applications or software. If it's an Outage affecting multiple users, please include details.
Eligibility
This service is available to all university Faculty or Staff.

Cost
There is no charge to request or use this service but there may be charges for installation and changes that may be required by other WSU ITS departments. There will also be charges for purchase of equipment required to restore the service or capabilities.
