There is no cost to fill out the form, however, your Org/Fund will be required for purchases.

Software Approval and Compliance Notice

Before purchasing ANY software for use on campus or with students, please ensure it has been approved and properly vetted by all relevant parties, including:

  • Your department/college/unit,
  • Information Technology Services (ITS) Procurement

Additional requirements for Cloud-Based (SaaS) software, also contact:

  • Data Management Committee (DMC),
  • Accessibility Team (MRC),
  • General Counsel, 
  • Purchasing.
