This service is to be used to request quotes for the end-user software.  Please check the WSU Software Catalog for the standard, pre-approved available software. If the software you are trying to purchase is not listed on the Software Catalog page, or the type of the license shows “Individual Perpetual/ Subscription” please click on “Request Service”.

This service is available to all university Faculty or Staff, Labs.

Site license applications are available to the Current Students, Faculty, Staff, and Labs

Cost

The cost differs due to the available wide range of license types. For more information, please visit the “License Type” section in each software on the Software Catalog. If the software you are trying to purchase is not listed on the Software Catalog page, or the type of the license shows “Individual Perpetual/ Subscription” please click on “Request Service”

 

Software Approval and Compliance Notice

Before purchasing ANY software for use on campus or with students, please ensure it has been approved and properly vetted by all relevant parties, including:

  • Your department/college/unit,
  • Information Technology Services (ITS) Procurement

Additional requirements for Cloud-Based (SaaS) software, also contact:

  • Data Management Committee (DMC),
  • Accessibility Team (MRC),
  • General Counsel, 
  • Purchasing.
