Help! I have a problem!


Request help with a problem on a device such as a computer, printer, or tablet.  Use this offering when you cannot find a specific service in the service catalog for the type of help you require.  It will be submitted to the Technology Helpdesk who will route your request to the correct area.  Please note that this type of request, due to its broad scope, may take longer to address.  For quicker response time, browse for a more specific request in our service catalog.

If you are contacting us regarding a problem with Wichita State University Guest wireless connectivity for a gaming device, please provide these details in the Request Details Field to assist us in troubleshooting your issue:

  • What system or console are you using (PS3, PS4, Xbox One, etc)?
  • Are you able to sign in to your online profile (Can you connect to PSN, Xbox Live, etc)?
  • What game do you experience problems with (Destiny 2, MBA2K18, etc.)?
  • What feature of that game is not working (can't log in, can't connect to server, can't join a party, can't voice chat, etc.)?
  • What error message do you receive when trying to access this feature?
