Help! I have a problem!

Overview

Request help with a problem on a device such as a computer, printer, or tablet.  Use this offering when you cannot find a specific service in the service catalog for the type of help you require.  It will be submitted to the Technology Helpdesk who will route your request to the correct area.  Please note that this type of request, due to its broad scope, may take longer to address.  For quicker response time, browse for a more specific request in our service catalog.

This service is available to all faculty, staff, and students.
