This service request is to be used to seek assistance from the Information Technology Services group's Desktop Support. Services such as Help Me Fix, Help Me Shop, Help Me Set Up/Change are available to request assistance.
Eligibility
This service is available to all university Faculty or Staff.

There is no charge to request or use this service but there may be charges for installation and changes that may be required by other WSU ITS or Facilities departments. There will also be charges for purchase of equipment required.
