Overview

Use this service request to reserve audio visual equipment, rent AV equipment for live events, and to request a Campus Media Services employee to Co-Host Zoom sessions. From a simple laptop setup for a meeting to a multi-day conference with ballroom setups and breakout rooms, we can provide projectors, TVs, laptops, microphones, and more, as well as experienced professionals to make sure everything runs smoothly. We also offer videoconferencing services wherever you need it.

Eligibility

Faculty, staff, students, University guests, and Innovation Partners are eligible to submit a request for rental.

Normal Time To Delivery

For a Response and/or Resolution expect up to two days. 

Cost

There is usually a cost associated with this service. Cost varies greatly depending on needs and/or the equipment requested. Request a quote for the services and equipment to better plan for your event budget requirements.

Please note all requests that are made less than seven (7) business days in advance of the event are subject to a $50 late reservation fee ($100 for requests made less than 48 hours from event setup time), billable to the organization or individual making the reservation.
