Overview
Request technical assistance with a lab, computer, related software or technical purchase for the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) and School of Computing (SoC).
Eligibility
This service is for faculty, staff, or students within the Department of ECE and SoC only.
Normal Time To Delivery
Response in 4 hours, most small changes can be made within this time frame. Larger changes will be defined and an estimated due date will be provided. Due to the nature of computer outages, some requests may take longer.
