Telecommunication Assistance

Overview

Request help with any telecommunication issue or service such as cellular service, conference calls, telephone requests, long distance, voicemail, ethernet/data and telephone headset assistance.

Eligibility

This service is available to university faculty and staff.

Cost

These services are subject to billing, depending upon the nature of the request. In general, a trouble ticket (“it used to work and now it doesn’t”) will not have any costs associated with it. We do ask for your org and fund on all tickets just in case there is any billing associated with it and to help us research issues. If a quote is needed before work begins on a service request, please indicate that in the details of the ticket.
